The Ligue 1 Conforama Week 30 clash between OGC Nice and Paris Saint-Germain has been scheduled for an early 13:00 CET kick-off, the better to reach prime time audiences in Asia.

International development is a key strategic area for Ligue 1 Conforama. In order to better expose the French league in Asia, the Ligue de Football Professionel (LFP) has decided – in co-operation with broadcasters and the two clubs – to schedule the clash between OGC Nice and Paris Saint-Germain for 13:00 CET on Sunday, March 18.

Thanks to this unfamiliar kick-off time, the Ligue 1 Conforama Week 30 clash can be shown at primetime in Southeast Asia. The Ligue 1 Conforama broadcasters (live matches, highlights and magazine shows) in Asia are Tencent, PPTV, CCTV (Chine), beIN SPORTS (Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Macao, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore), Skynet (Myanmar), SCTV and BTV5 (Vietnam), as well as TV5 Monde across the entire zone.

The LFP would like to thank Canal+, beIN SPORTS, OGC Nice and Paris Saint-Germain for making this exceptional kick-off time possible. In France, the match will be co-broadcast by Canal+ et beIN SPORTS.

Didier Quillot, Executive Director General, LFP
“A year after the opening of the French football office in Beijing, the scheduling of a big Ligue 1 Conforama fixture for prime time across Asia constitutes a new milestone for getting to know the French league. This big step will give Ligue 1 Conforama even higher exposure to an Asian public who are becoming increasingly interested in the spectacle offered up by French clubs.”
